Operator 3-shift

We are looking for a technical operator for our client. You ensure that the production line runs efficiently and without interruption. This gives you the opportunity to get to know every aspect of the machines. Our client is strongly committed to robotization, digitalization, and automation – developments that will make your technical heart beat faster.

During your onboarding period, our client will gladly familiarize you with the machines, starting with the cutting and lacquering machines. After this period, you will work independently on various tasks. As a technical production expert, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Collaborating with a team of approximately 10 colleagues on the same production line.
• Operating, setting, adjusting, and resolving process-related malfunctions.
• Checking main and auxiliary raw materials according to standard sheets and production data.

Working Hours

You will work in the Tire Cutting Line and Lacquer department in a 3-shift system, which means you work at different times. You will have weekends off, with the exception of Sunday night. The working hours are as follows:

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Our client is a global leader with over 60 locations and nearly 8,000 employees. In the Netherlands, they have four production locations. These locations are in Deventer, Hoogeveen, Heerenveen, and Leeuwarden. Additionally, they have a studio in Veenendaal and their head office is located at Schiphol.

• A gross monthly salary of €3355 and €3666 (including 22% shift allowance)

• A technical MBO-2 diploma at a minimum. Or you are currently pursuing such a BBL (vocational training) program.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Experience as an operator is a plus
