Job As an Operator, you will do the following: Operate, set up, and monitor production lines; Signal and resolve minor malfunctions; Carry out quality checks and adjustments; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines; Collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and improve product quality; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience as an Operator or similar role; Strong understanding of coating processes and production lines; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent problem-solving skills; Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and walking; Familiarity with basic computer software and technology.
