What will you do?

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the entire production process runs smoothly. This starts with the arrival of raw materials and ends when the final product is ready to be shipped. You ensure that all machines are properly set up and that the right ingredients are added at the right time. You continuously monitor the process and intervene when necessary to prevent or resolve disruptions. Since we work with food products, it's important that you work accurately and always follow the applicable hygiene regulations.

This role differs from other operator roles in its variety and breadth of tasks. You not only oversee the installation but also mix products, package them as needed, and perform small technical checks. In case of disruptions or deviations, you are the one who investigates and resolves the problem. You are also responsible for sampling products to ensure quality at every stage of the process.

A significant part of your work is performing small maintenance tasks independently. For larger technical interventions, you support the technical department. You ensure that the working environment remains clean, organized, and tidy, which is essential in a food processing environment. Additionally, you are responsible for administrative processing of production and quality data, so everything can be recorded correctly. In the absence of the team leader, you take on the responsibility to guide the team and ensure the process runs smoothly.

You will work in a two-shift schedule, where one week you work from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00 hours, and the other week from Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 00:00 hours. This means you have an extra free Friday every week without affecting your salary.
