Operator 2-shift

Machine Operator wanted! Are you technically inclined, do you enjoy working with machines, and are you interested in understanding how a production process works? As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in the production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the machines run optimally and that the final product meets the required quality standards.

What will you do?

• You operate, check, and monitor the production machines;
• You monitor the production process and intervene when necessary;
• You correctly adjust machines, thereby preventing possible malfunctions;
• You check the quality of the final product;
• You identify deviations and contribute to solutions;
• You work according to the applicable safety and quality regulations;
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Who are we looking for?
For this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has an interest in machines, technology, and production. Experience as an operator or in another technical profession is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. With the right attitude and motivation to learn the trade, you will go a long way with us!

You are willing to work in a 2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 05:25 – 13:55
• Afternoon shift: 13:50 – 22:20

You will receive the right guidance and training to get to know the machines and the production process well.

• A good salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month;
• 15% shift allowance;
