Job description in this technical function, you operate a modern machine park that produces high-quality metal components for international applications. You ensure that every step in the process is carried out accurately and qualitatively. What you do among other things: - Operating machines in a fixed night shift - Monitoring product quality during and after each processing step - Following up on fine-mechanical parameters and adjusting them - Maintaining order and cleanliness at your workstation - Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal production results - Identifying and reporting any deviations from the process or quality standards - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve quality - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision in all aspects of the job.
