OPERATIVO/A IMPORT EXPORT UK

Tempus SpA – Agency for Work (Min. Auth. N°98 of 30/08/2023) – branch office in Gallarate, is looking for a professional figure: OPERATIVO/A IMPORT EXPORT UK

The resource will be inserted within the international department and will be responsible for organizing and managing road transports to/from the United Kingdom, ensuring the correct performance of shipments and customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing the supply chain of goods on wheels in import and export UK
• Prioritizing the most effective route for transporting goods
• Negotiating contracts with carriers, booking spaces, and managing payments for transports
• Managing necessary documentation (customs, transportation companies, insurance)
• Monitoring shipments and updating customers on the status of transport

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience of at least 1 year with freight forwarders (knowledge of customs will be considered a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent knowledge of main computer tools and Microsoft Office package
