OPERATIVO/A EXPORT MARE

e-work SpA, Milan office, selects for an enterprise operating in the customs clearance sector a/an OPERATIVO EXPORT MARE. The resource will be responsible for: - Complete management of export maritime shipments (FCL and LCL), from taking charge to final delivery - Preparation and control of necessary documentation (bills of lading, letters of credit, certificates of origin, etc.) - Customer Service - Entry and control of invoicing data accuracy - Coordination with clients, agents, shipping companies, and suppliers - Monitoring of shipments and resolution of any operational or customs problems. It is required: - Previous experience of 1 year in a similar role at international freight forwarders - In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and maritime shipment procedures - Excellent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus - Good mastery of the Microsoft Office package and main computer tools - Knowledge of TMS CW1 will be considered as a plus. A permanent contract is offered with a salary to be evaluated based on experience.
