Operative Purchaser (m/w/d)

Project Description:

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the aerospace industry, we are looking for an Operative Purchaser (m/w/x) in a permanent position at K-tronik. We look forward to getting to know you personally and working together with passion and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

• Purchasing support for product groups, as well as the control and monitoring of procurement processes - Procurement of purchase parts and external services according to priority guidelines - Ensuring timely deliveries and coordinating with internal and external interfaces - Implementation of procurement concepts and introduction of measures - Conducting analyses on inventory levels, supplier performance, and availability - Coordination and consultation with production, purchasing, suppliers, and other interfaces - Participation in projects and optimization of procurement-related processes - Support for the further development of your own area of responsibility - Taking over administrative and organizational tasks - Requesting, sending, and tracking relevant documents and information - Creating orders, letters, evaluations, and summaries - Organization and maintenance of office space

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial purchasing agent or office clerk, or comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in operative purchasing, ideally in disposition and material procurement - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, disposition/material procurement, and project management - Further education in the field of purchasing (e.g. certified purchasing specialist or equivalent) desirable - Very good knowledge of MS Office and advanced application skills in SAP - Negotiation-safe German language skills and good to very good English language skills
