Job description
Who we are:
We develop the intelligence that enables robots to perceive, understand, and act in the real world – beyond the lab and into industrial everyday life, such as in warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that classic systems fail at. We have made it our mission to rethink the way physical work is done and are looking for curious, courageous minds who want to shape the future of robotics with us.
Overview:
We are looking for a process-oriented individual to strengthen the commercial foundation of our innovative robotic solutions at Sereact through operative technical purchasing.
You will take responsibility for our internal commercial processes and be a true organizational talent who likes to dive headfirst into the action and ensures that our daily business runs smoothly in the background.
The position is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for someone who enjoys building structured processes, managing commercial tasks, and supporting a team working on cutting-edge technology.
Your Tasks:
Project and Order Management: You manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.
Purchasing and Material Management: You support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our suppliers.
Inventory Management: You keep an eye on our stock levels and ensure that all components are in the right place at the right time.
General Administration: From preliminary accounting to master data maintenance, you ensure that our daily business runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
Education: Completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/Industriekauffrau) or a degree in Business Administration.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
Mindset: You possess a strong hands-on mentality. No task is too small or too complex for you if the team needs support.
Drive: Your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than in-depth industry knowledge in robotics.
Skills: Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems. Fluent German and English skills are required.
Our Interview Process:
Application
Cultural Fit Interview (40 min.): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you are looking for. Expect questions about your CV, your 'why', and time for your own questions.
Technical Interview (45 min.): A deeper insight into your skills and your problem-solving approach for this role.
Interview with the Founders: You will meet one of our founders to discuss the role and your career path. A great opportunity to learn more about Sereact's vision, ask questions, and get a clear sense of our company culture and work environment.
What we offer:
Wellpass (Gym membership)
Flexible working hours
Possibility for home office if needed
A motivated team and an open company culture
Attractive compensation and excellent career opportunities
