Tasks

• Self-responsible management of our ongoing construction and renovation projects
• Leadership and coordination of our site managers
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and capacity control
• Ensuring quality, economy, and deadlines
• Active recognition of risks and early development of solutions
• Control and guidance of subcontractors
• Verification of changes and performance adjustments
• Optimization of existing processes and workflows
• Milestone monitoring and completion dates
• Economic evaluation of own work and outsourcing
• Close cooperation with management
• Gradual takeover of further leadership and decision-making responsibilities

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in construction management, project management or technical project control
• Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• High self-responsibility and decision-making enthusiasm
• Leadership experience
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• Economic understanding
• High solution orientation
• Able to set priorities and make pragmatic decisions
• Safe handling of modern digital working tools
• Class B driver's license
