For our creative and innovative catering company based in Chur, belonging to the Rhaetian Railway and the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Reservations Administrator (m/f). For over 100 years, we have been passionate hosts and railway enthusiasts, delighting our guests with high-quality culinary experiences on the world-renowned Glacier Express between St. Moritz and Zermatt, the Bernina Express between Chur and Tirano, or in the nostalgic dining car of the Rhaetian Railway.

• General administrative and organizational tasks
• Support in planning and implementing gastronomic concepts, offers, and processes for special trips and events
• Support in organizing and coordinating training courses
• Contribution to ensuring smooth operational workflows
• Processing and clarification of complaints
• Updating and maintaining menus and beverage lists
• Recording and maintaining working hours in the time management system
• Support in creating monthly plans and in operational daily planning
• Support in planning and further developing the F&B area
• Creation of quotations and offers
• Work assignments according to the work schedule, including weekends and holidays
