Operations Working Student (m/f/d)

As an Operations Working Student (m/f/d) at GALVANY, you will conduct digital home assessments together with our customers, laying the foundation for a smooth heat pump installation. You will work closely with our order managers and bring your construction technical understanding directly into our detailed planning process.

Your Tasks

• You will conduct online appointments with our customers for digital home assessments, supported by our detailed planning tool and screen sharing.

• You will prepare customers for the appointment in advance (e.g., tips on floor plans, smartphones, stable internet connection) according to our standardized communication process.

• You will digitally record relevant construction technical details and document them in a structured manner in the detailed planning tool.

• You will upload the completed detailed planning on time and according to technical requirements, thus ensuring the basis for further project management.

• You will work closely with your responsible order manager, who will coordinate you technically and prioritize your projects.

Your Profile

• Current studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy management, or a comparable technical degree program.

• Availability for 20 hours per week

• Proficient in using digital tools; you learn new software quickly.

• Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
