Operations Trainee

Operations Trainee – Fintech (Mexico City) At Crosspoint, we are building financial infrastructure that moves money across countries. What you will do: Monitor and follow up on financial operations and payments. Detect errors before they escape. Analyze and resolve issues related to payment processing, reconciliations, and settlements. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Develop a deep understanding of our financial processes and systems. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge. What we are looking for: You have recently graduated or are about to graduate from a university program related to finance, accounting, or a similar field. You have a strong interest in fintech and the ability to learn quickly. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
