We’re Hiring | Team Leader – Operations Location: Mohali Process: International Backend Operations Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational KPIs Manage day-to-day backend operations ensuring quality, productivity, and SLA adherence Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions Analyze reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Support teams for continuous improvement Implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and accountability within the team Ensure seamless integration with other departments and stakeholders Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes Manage and resolve conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and idea generation activities to drive innovation and growth Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
