Operations & Systems Manager

Hours: Monday to Thursday 10 AM-7 Pm EST Friday 10-5:45 Pay: Up to MX$31,023.47 per month or about $1,800 USD per month Position Summary The Operations & Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing company systems, tracking key performance metrics, managing vendor relationships, and supporting marketing campaign execution. This role ensures operational efficiency by maintaining and optimizing CRM platforms, troubleshooting software issues, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, system administration, and data analysis. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the implementation of new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency. • Maintaining and optimizing CRM platforms to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting. • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to team members. • Providing data-driven insights to leadership to inform business decisions. • Managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. • Supporting marketing campaign execution by analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvement. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as operations management or computer science, and at least 3 years of experience in operations management, system administration, or data analysis. Knowledge of CRM platforms, software troubleshooting, and data analysis is required.
