About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our supportive and friendly Operations team based in Wiri.
This is a key supervisory role, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the site and fleet including run efficiencies, maintenance, cost oversight and management of your team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Allocating resources to handle incoming tyre volumes at a busy Tyre Recycling Centre
- Ensuring data and transactional activities are undertaken in line with company procedures
- Forecasting and scheduling site and mobile plant workload and maintenance requirements
- Maintaining site’s strict compliance requirements
- Managing a small team of plant operators
- Interaction with customers, the general public and contractors
- Providing site and service that is safe, efficient and easy to use for customers and stakeholders
