If you’re looking for an opportunity to travel, take a bit of responsibility and expand your knowledge and experience this might be for you! We are based in Katherine NT but you will travel to many areas of the NT and WA. There is lots to see, do and adventure to be had! We are looking for a self- driven and conscientious individual to become our Operations Supervisor. Working with our Operations Manager to ensure the team, clients and jobs are functioning well.
Key tasks & Responsibilities
Your role will include ensuring the team is productive and efficient, working with mechanics to make sure all machines are operating efficiently, oversee all work present and upcoming, supervise WHS requirements, ensuring timesheets and pre-starts are completed daily and tasks are completed to the expected standards. Outside of this, you'll support the Operations manager with administration and reporting tasks to maintain records from a business standpoint, so accuracy and timeliness are important.
Requirements
We would prefer some mechanical background i.e. trade qualified mechanic, fitter or self-taught. Understanding of working in both field service and workshop settings.

- You will be required to travel to remote stations and properties around the NT and Kimberley. So the ability to work and travel independently is essential.
