Job description
What you'll do?
- You will be responsible for having effective communication with clients and operational personnel at our assigned services in Guadalajara.
- You will coordinate activities, changes, and requests with the operational team of Urbvan.
- You will execute tasks on-site at our operation points, keeping logs of all changes and relevant events in the operation.
- You will maintain a close relationship with service managers and administrators to ensure a high satisfaction index for our client.
