The Asia-Pacific region currently has over 100 facilities across Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, with plans for further expansion. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more facilities within the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Managing a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including receiving and shipping, inventory management, and customer service. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintaining high levels of safety and quality control within the facilities. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and applying that knowledge to continuously improve operations. In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be expected to: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders. • Provide coaching and guidance to team members as needed. • Participate in regular meetings and reports to ensure transparency and accountability. • Identify and address any potential issues or concerns before they become major problems.
