Operations Supervisor

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective problem-solving and decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards goals. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, supply chain, and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
