Operations & Strategy Lead (Office of the CEO)

Our business model moves at the intersection of CO2 certificates, Finance, Tech, and Scale-up Execution. Clear priorities, quick decisions, and clean implementation decide our success. For the next growth step, we are looking for a Senior role in the CEO Office that brings structure, drive, and operational excellence to the company.

As the right-hand man and sparring partner of the management team, you will not work in a defined functional area, but across the entire company. Your task is to structure complexity, prepare decisions, and ensure that central themes are implemented cleanly, risk-free, and with tempo.

Tasks

• Operative Management directly at the management level
• Steering of central themes across all company departments
• Preliminary preparation of decisions including options, recommendations, and risk assessment
• End-to-End responsibility for critical projects and special topics
• BUILDING and maintaining clear priorities, roadmaps, and operating rhythms
• Quality and risk management in a financially-oriented environment
• Interface between management team, Finance, Operations, HR, Tech, and external partners
• Hands-on support when topics escalate or speed is required

Qualification

• Solid business administration background or comparable education
• Experience in complex, performance-oriented environments like scale-ups, consulting, or finance
• Strong understanding of business models and operational connections
• Very high structure and execution strength. You bring things to an end
• Able to quickly learn and take over responsibility across functional boundaries
• High personal standards, reliability, and ownership
