Operations & Strategy Associate (m/w/d)

The ENECON Consulting GmbH stands for tailored system integration in the energy sector. We support energy suppliers and municipal utilities with practical and individually tailored consulting along the entire energy supply chain. As Operations & Strategy Associate, you translate strategic guidelines into operational measures and ensure their consistent implementation in daily business.

Tasks

• Active participation in sales and marketing initiatives (e.g. staffing, social media, follow-ups, customer communication) with a clear focus on implementation and results
• Identification and selection of potential customers, partners, and events
• Independent management of projects including prioritization, tracking, and consistent follow-up of all open topics and deadlines
• Preparation of decision-making presentations, reports, and documents for management and stakeholders
• Maintenance and updating of customer and project information in the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot)
• Planning, organization, and implementation of internal events such as trade fairs, team events, and workshops
• Coordination of relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth processes in daily business

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. BWL, marketing or equivalent)
• You work structured, reliable, and proactively
• You have high organizational and responsibility awareness
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented
• You have great interest in topics such as digitalization, energy sector, and SAP
• You have very good German language skills, good English language skills are an advantage
