Operations Steering and Performance Leader Airframe Analysis (m/w/d) Airbus

You will be working: Our customer - Airbus - is the internationally leading aircraft manufacturer in the aerospace industry. For the location Hamburg Finkenwerder we are looking for you as Operations Steering and Performance Leader Airframe Analysis (m/w/d) full-time. The position is expected to be limited to 2 years. THESE ARE YOUR TASKS: To ensure that the airframe analysis process is aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals, and to continuously improve the performance of the airframe analysis team. This includes developing and implementing new processes and procedures, as well as monitoring and controlling the quality of the airframe analysis results. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the progress and results of the airframe analysis process. Furthermore, you will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth integration of the airframe analysis results into the overall product development process. DIES SIND IHRE VORAUSSETZUNGEN: You have a degree in aerospace engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in airframe analysis or a similar field. You are familiar with the Airbus company and its products, as well as the relevant industry standards and regulations. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, and are able to work independently and as part of a team. You are also fluent in English, both written and spoken.
