Operations Specialist MICE/Groups/Sports (m/f/d), immediately or by arrangement

REVIER Hospitality Group AG is the management company for our hotel brands PRIVÀ and REVIER. At our headquarters in Lenzerheide (relocation to Chur planned), we develop locations for our two hotel concepts and are responsible for the marketing and management of the group. We are reinterpreting the hotel industry and looking for doers who are open to new adventures and think outside the box. Employment type: Full-time In this position, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the coordination and smooth execution of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), group, and sports events. Your tasks will include: * Planning, organization, and implementation of MICE and group events. * Coordination with external partners and service providers. * Creation of event concepts and proposals. * Budget planning and controlling for events. * On-site support and guest care during events. * Collaboration with sales and marketing for event promotion. * Handling inquiries and bookings for MICE and groups. * Support for sports events and related activities. * Development and implementation of new service offerings in the MICE and sports sector. * Ensuring high customer satisfaction. * Continuous improvement of event processes. Your profile: * Completed vocational training in the hospitality or event industry, or comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in event management, preferably in the MICE sector. * Experience with sports events is an advantage. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Strong customer orientation and service mentality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High degree of flexibility and resilience. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of event management software is a plus. * Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. * Driving license category B is desirable.
