As an Operations Specialist – Live Delivery & City Operations (Remote), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our real-time delivery engine, which enables us to deliver thousands of meals daily across the country. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our logistics team to optimize routes, manage inventory, and troubleshoot issues in real-time. Your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery operations, such as on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction ratings, and inventory levels. • Identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them. • Collaborating with our logistics team to optimize routes, manage inventory, and troubleshoot issues in real-time. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our operations.
