Operations Specialist

Hire Resolve's client is looking for an Operations Specialist to join their IT department in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The candidate must have demonstrated extensive experience in Computer Information's systems and networking development and maintenance. Responsibilities: Performing analyses on Internal IT Infrastructure and Information Systems efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize system performance. Developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues and provide technical support to end-users. Providing training and guidance to IT staff on new technologies and systems. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in IT operations and management. Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and information systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices. Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical support to colleagues.
