We create well-founded valuation reports and manage realization projects from initial assessment to successful sale. We consider ourselves an industrial auction house and are generalists in a specialized field.

What awaits you in your day-to-day

As a Project Assistant (as we internally call the position), you will operatively support our appraisals and online auctions from preparation to completion. You will ensure that information is complete, appointments and processes are coordinated, and all involved parties work together reliably.

You will support the project managers in creating appraisals and simultaneously take on central tasks in auction processing. This makes you an important interface between project management, sellers, buyers, and our back office, ensuring that outstanding issues are brought to a structured and timely conclusion.

Your tasks

• Creation of appraisals in cooperation with the project manager
• Operative management of auctions from preparation to completion
• Creation and review of projects, agreements, uploads, and auction data
• Support of sellers and processing of auction-related inquiries from bidders
• Coordination of viewings, collections, and outstanding transactions
• Tracking of auction results and support with post-sales
• Preparation and processing of seller statements and payments
• Close cooperation with HT's back office and other internal and external teams
