Sauber Facility Management is a nationwide system and cleaning company. We offer professional cleaning services and ensure reliable implementation throughout the federal territory. For our customers, we are the central point of contact – from inquiry to offer to clean execution.

Aufgaben

Kundenbetreuung & Innendienst – You are the central point of contact for our customers, via email and phone, reliable and on an equal footing.

Angebote & Verhandlung – You create offers, discuss them with customers, and conduct price and contract negotiations skillfully to conclusion.

Vertrieb & Akquise – You actively win new customers and develop existing relationships further.

Objektbesichtigungen – You take objects on site, calculate the effort, and lay the basis for precise offers.

Einsatzkoordination – You plan and steer the order processing, assign tasks, and keep quality and deadlines in mind.

Systempflege – You maintain all data in our systems up-to-date.

Operatives Tagesgeschäft – You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifikation

Economic education or comparable experience – ideally in facility management, building cleaning, or service sector.

Sales- and negotiation-strong, with genuine feeling for customer contact.

Structured, self-responsible working style and developed organizational talent.

You quickly learn CRM and industry software.

Negotiation-safe German in word and writing.

Class B driver's license for site visits.
