Aufgaben

• Process Optimization & AZAV Operations: You analyze, optimize, and structure existing business processes and introduce new processes - with a clear focus on building and developing our strategic AZAV pilot system.
• Strategic Management Support: You support the management team in complex strategic and operational questions and gain a deep insight into all company areas.
• Project Management & Ownership: You plan, coordinate, and lead self-responsible departmental projects for sustainable corporate development.
• Administrative Excellence & Quality Management: You support daily business and ensure the highest quality and accuracy standards through your structured work process.
• System Management & Data Governance: You maintain, manage, and monitor our digital AZAV system and ensure that all process-relevant data is correctly and data-conformably represented at any time.

Qualifikation

• Interest in Startups and AI:
  You are passionate about innovation and the startup world.
• Study in a relevant field:
  Or you jump motivated into it.
• Analytical Mind:
  You love to understand complex relationships and identify improvement potential.
• Affinity for Automation:
  First experiences with tools like Zapier, Make or similar platforms are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking:
  You proactively identify problems and develop solution approaches.
