This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the business, and developing strategies to minimize or eliminate them. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall company goals and objectives. • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these issues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or operations management. • At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in the financial services industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
