Operations & Marketing Associate

You won't just talk about marketing, but shape it operationally - close to the team, close to the customers, close to real results?

At altitude, you will work as an Operations & Marketing Associate (f/m/x) at the interface between the founding team, customer projects, and internal processes. You ensure that things run smoothly: from preparing strategic meetings to coordinating campaigns to automating internal workflows with AI tools. As you grow step by step in more responsibility - whether in account management, project management or marketing operations.

Tasks

• Right-hand man of the founding team - you prepare meetings, research topics, coordinate schedules and ensure that nothing is left behind
• Marketing Operations - you support the management of ongoing customer projects: create reports, prepare campaign performance, keep timelines in sight
• Customer Communication - you are the point of contact for operational adjustments with customers and coordinate between internal teams and external partners
• Processes & Automation - you optimize internal workflows and build automations using tools like Make, Zapier or Claude to make the team more efficient
• Project Coordination - you help plan and implement marketing and growth projects and keep all stakeholders on track

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree - open field of study, e.g. Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Media or comparable
• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency, start-up, e-commerce or marketing team
• PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE with marketing projects, campaign coordination or account management is a plus
• Affinity to digital tools and automation - experience with tools like Make, Notion, Zapier, Claude or similar platforms is advantageous
• You work structured, independently and don't lose sight even when dealing with multiple parallel tasks
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented - you can adapt to different conversation partners
• Hands-on mentality: you take action instead of waiting for instructions
• Fluent in German and English
