leading Container Logistics / Transport Services company is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across Operations and Fleet Control teams Ensure smooth running of logistics and transport schedules Oversee staff management, including attendance, wages, and operational discipline Step in to handle client interactions when operational issues arise Supervise and manage a blue-collar workforce (drivers and ground staff) Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations Manage and optimize resources, including equipment, vehicles, and personnel Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
