Operations Manger

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the Tipper trucks industry to join our client's team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the trucking operations for our clients. This includes coordinating the transportation of materials using tipper trucks, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate tipper truck operations for the transportation of Bulk Commodities; Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods; Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers; Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs; Monitor and control inventory levels; Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics and supply chain management; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management; At least 3 years of experience in the trucking industry; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
