Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Your Tasks

• You coordinate and schedule customer appointments and liaise with internal teams as well as external contacts.

• You maintain active customer contact via phone, email, and digital channels – from appointment scheduling to clarifying open questions.

• You monitor operational processes and keep track of tasks, deadlines, and feedback to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• You actively participate in shaping existing processes, identify potential for improvement, and develop pragmatic solutions.

• You document and maintain relevant information in the CRM/planning system and work closely with adjacent departments.

Your Profile

• You have professional experience in operations and ideally experience in optimizing and ensuring operational processes.

• You are reliable, responsible, and communicative and can keep an overview even in stressful situations.

• You work carefully and detail-oriented and enjoy shaping processes in a structured and efficient manner.

• You are hands-on, take responsibility, and independently find pragmatic solutions for operational challenges.

• You have completed vocational training or a degree – career changers are also very welcome.
