Your Tasks

As an Operations Manager, you will take operational responsibility for our construction sites and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead your team, coordinate collaboration with various internal departments, and continuously develop existing processes.

• Operational control and coordination of our construction sites, as well as ensuring timely and high-quality implementation

• Leadership and development of your operational team

• Responsibility for the scheduling, prioritization, and follow-up of ongoing construction sites

• Responsibility for controlling, reporting, and analyzing relevant key figures and deriving appropriate measures

• Ensuring a structured onboarding process for new employees directly on the construction site (training on the job) as part of our academy for PV and heat pump installation

• Close collaboration with management, continuous further development of operational processes, and ensuring quality-compliant documentation

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in operations, construction management, logistics, or a comparable operational environment

• Experience in leading teams and enjoyment in developing employees and taking responsibility

• Hands-on mentality, strong initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Confident demeanor, clear communication, and assertiveness in interactions with various stakeholders

• High resilience and the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities even in a dynamic environment
