An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high performing Operations Manager to join us and manage our Commercial Fleet in Hamilton. The role works alongside the established management and leadership team in the branch, in a region which has been set up to provide a strong regional support network.

Job responsibilities include -

Managing full operational and financial performance across multiple sites and mid-sized teams
Leading a strong health and safety culture, including compliance, tool maintenance, and daily practices
Overseeing fleet operations, including route optimization, truck management, and staff coordination
Ensuring site and vehicle maintenance complies with regulatory standards
Maintaining strong relationships with municipal and commercial partners
Driving day-to-day operational efficiency and consistent service delivery
