Operations Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high performing Operations Manager to join us and manage our Commercial Fleet in Hamilton. The role works alongside the established management and leadership team in the branch, in a region which has been set up to provide a strong regional support network.

Job responsibilities include -

• Managing full operational and financial performance across multiple sites and mid-sized teams
• Leading a strong health and safety culture, including compliance, tool maintenance, and daily practices
• Overseeing fleet operations, including route optimization, truck management, and staff coordination
• Ensuring site and vehicle maintenance complies with regulatory standards
• Maintaining strong relationships with municipal and commercial partners
• Driving day-to-day operational efficiency and consistent service delivery
