Operations Manager (UK/EU)

The Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. Reporting into the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of KAYALI in the UK and EU. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of UK and EU operations, including but not limited to: order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the KAYALI warehouse(s) in the UK and EU. * Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensure they meet performance standards. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. * Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance. * Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals. * Identify and implement process improvements. * Conduct regular audits of operations processes. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry. * Proven experience managing 3PL relationships. * Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
