The TF Wettkampfservices GmbH stands for professional timing, innovative event technology and perfect event organization. Whether regional run event or German championship – we ensure that results are precisely recorded and events are professionally implemented. We're growing – and looking for someone to join us as Operations Manager in Teilzeit (15-20 hours) to build structures and drive things forward.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You ensure that our daily business runs smoothly and help at the same time to expand our visibility and business. You are the interface between organization, customers and marketing. You bring together themes, create order and set things in motion independently.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the management team in operational and financial daily business
• Customer service and customer communication
• Support for organizing our sports events
• Maintenance and further development of our social media channels and online presences
• Support for processing inquiries and acquisition

Qualification

You bring this with you

• You work independently, structured and reliably
• You have a desire to take on responsibility and develop processes
• You are communicative and like to approach people
• You are willing to occasionally work at our events on weekends
• You have experience in the financial sector and CSS basic knowledge (optional)
