Rentokil-Terminix Canada is one of the largest pest control providers to the property management sector. Since its founding, it has been an industry leader in pest control. Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. Operations Manager will be responsible for training, leading and developing a team of service technicians. They will be expected to ensure that all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service. This will involve developing and implementing training programs, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service team, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring the performance of the team. This will involve analyzing data and making informed decisions to optimize the team's performance. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, property managers, and other stakeholders. This will involve communicating effectively, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading and developing a team of service technicians. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellent results. They will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This will involve staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and making informed decisions to ensure the team is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pest control industry, with experience in managing a team of service technicians. They will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. The Operations Manager will be expected to work in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members. They will be expected to maintain a high level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
