About us
We are a growing company in the fields of Drying/Sanitation and Real Estate Brokerage, currently rebuilding our backoffice and internal processes.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (freelancer) who brings structure to systems and processes.
Your task
You ensure that our internal processes run smoothly, digitally, and scalable – from the first customer contact to the invoice.
Tasks
Your tasks
- Setting up and structuring our CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Introducing and connecting our real estate and project software
- Supporting the introduction of accounting software
- Building clear internal processes and procedures
- Creating simple documentation for the team
- Preliminary preparation of systems for further growth (e.g., Switzerland)
Qualification
You bring this with you
- Experience in setting up internal processes and systems
- Experience with CRM systems
- A very structured and self-reliant working style
- Techical understanding
- Entrepreneurial thinking
