As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you will take over the operational responsibility for warehouse, production, and filling of Spoondrink GmbH.

You ensure that daily business runs smoothly, efficiently, and scalable – and thus play a central key role in the company.

We're not about administration, but about leadership, structure, and implementation.

Aufgaben

Operatives Tagesgeschäft

• Steering of daily operations in warehouse, fulfillment, production, and filling
• Satisfaction of deadlines, quality, and smooth processes
• Prioritization of orders and resources
• Hands-on mentality: when needed, you're expected to roll up your sleeves!

Führung & Organisation

• Scheduling and staffing planning
• Leadership and development of the operational team
• Contact person for operational questions in everyday life

Prozesse & Kennzahlen

• KPI-based control
• Identification and implementation of process improvements
• Documented and standardized processes

Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsleitung

• Closely working with the management team
• Participation in the further development of the operational structure

As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you are the first point of contact for your team and therefore predominantly present at the location. The activity requires regular presence on site. Within our mobile work arrangements, individual models can be agreed upon, with the focus of the activity clearly located at the site.

Qualifikation

Fachlich

• Better experience in the field of operations, logistics, production, or fulfillment
• Understanding of processes, key figures, and efficiency
• Experience in the food or production industry are advantageous (not mandatory)

Persönlich

• Hands-on mentality - you'll get your hands dirty when needed
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Leadership skills and clear communication
