Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Ennoo Rental, part of SafeDriver Group, is a ride-hailing specialized car rental company with its headquarters in Berlin and currently operating exclusively in Berlin. Further locations in other cities are planned.

Our mission: We enable Uber partners to expand their vehicle fleets quickly, reliably, and sustainably. As the first mover in Germany, we actively drive the electrification of urban traffic forward.

To further develop our operational structures in Berlin and prepare for expansion into other cities, we are looking for you as Operations Manager (m/w/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of our processes and locations in Berlin, accompany new fleet partners during their operational setup, and work closely with the management team and operational teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and preparation for further locations.

Tasks

• Operational management and development of existing processes and workflows
• Closely working with location managers and operational teams
• Operational accompaniment of new fleet partners (onboarding, interface to internal departments)
• Ensuring service quality, vehicle availability, and smooth operations
• Identifying optimization and scaling potential
• Participation in expansion projects in new cities
• Coordinating with authorities and local partners on location-related topics
• Contributing to the digitalization and standardization of internal processes
• Supporting management in operational and strategic questions

Qualification

• Experience in operations management, in operational leadership roles or comparable functions
• Ideal background in mobility, logistics, fleet operation, or platform business
• First experience in leading or coordinating teams is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills, assertive and professional demeanor
• Interest in electromobility and sustainable mobility solutions
• Very good German language skills, English is an asset
