Odepla is a PropTech startup that offers a one-stop-shop solution for architecture and real estate services.

We bundle everything property owners, brokers, and investors need.

From floor plans and living space calculations to building permits, usage changes, and measurements conveniently through a platform.

We are a completely bootstrapped startup, profitable, growing, and with ambitious goals. No conglomerate, no investor. For us, the customer and their satisfaction are the most important thing, and that's how it should stay; just focus, tempo, and implementation.

Now we're looking for someone who wants to actively build our operational business.

Aufgaben

As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you ensure that our daily business runs smoothly.

You structure workflows, keep customers and team together, and ensure that every order is quickly and cleanly processed.

As one of the first employees in the team, we're looking for a Maker-Personality, who takes responsibility, thinks ahead, and gets things rolling.

You are the first point of contact for customers: friendly, fast, solution-oriented.

• You coordinate orders with our internal and external team.
• You prioritize tasks and keep deadlines.
• You support with offers, invoices, and administrative workflows.
• You bring in ideas on how processes can be better, faster, more efficient.
• You work directly with the management together and build our operational structures long-term.

Qualifikation

• Organisation talent, self-initiative, and maker mentality.
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
• Communication strength and joy in customer contact.
• Safe handling of digital tools.
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Your education is irrelevant to us. What's important is that you get things done, work independently, and work cleanly.
• Bonus: Interest or basic understanding of the real estate industry.
