Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are a growing team from Frankfurt and support professional investors in finding and buying exciting medium-sized companies. To do this, we have developed our own software and clear processes that enable us to structure large data volumes, check them, and transfer them into concrete projects.

As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you ensure that these processes function reliably in everyday life: You coordinate tasks, maintain data, keep an overview of projects, and ensure that our customers can work with clean results at any time.

Aufgaben

• Execution & Ownership: You take over project responsibility from day one and develop quickly into an independent project leader.
• Workflow-Architect: You build and maintain structured end-to-end workflows – from research and data enrichment to final qualification.
• KI-Operation: You work operationally with our own software and modern KI tools to elevate target lists to the next level.
• Founding Team Support: You work closely with the founders on customer projects together and actively develop our pipeline strategies further.
• Real-World Impact: Your work directly feeds into ongoing M&A processes and contributes to the implementation of actual transactions.
