Operations Manager (m/w/d) Healthcare | Backoffice & Administration

As Operations Manager (m/w/d) at the German Hearing Acoustics, you will support our team in the background and ensure that our mobile hearing aid service runs smoothly – and thus contribute significantly to our shared success.

Tasks

🚀 Your tasks:

• You are responsible for creating, reviewing, and processing invoices with health insurance companies and cost bearers

• You take over communication with health insurance companies and clarify open cases independently

• You maintain master data and ensure a clean and transparent documentation in our systems

• You actively contribute to improving our processes in the backoffice and billing

Qualification

🎯 You bring:

• You work structured, think in solutions, and keep an overview even with many topics at once

• You are not intimidated by numbers – you have a good feeling for data, details, and connections

• You are comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. MS Office) and find your way quickly into new systems

• You work independently, take responsibility, and are a true team player

• Experience in the healthcare sector or dealing with health insurance companies is a plus – but not a must

👉 Important: We are deliberately looking for motivated individuals from outside the industry. Everything around health insurance, billing, and our systems will be structured and explained to you.
