Operations Manager (m/w/d) - Finance, Supply Chain & Growth

Our journey began at the end of 2021 in a shared flat – out of simple necessity, a special tea gift for Fabi's mom to find. Today, we are a rapidly growing start-up that disrupts the conservative tea market.

As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you'll grow into the role. You'll take on quick responsibility for central operational topics, work closely with the management team, and ensure that our team can work efficiently. Your goal: create structures, reduce chaos, and help us take the next growth step.

Tasks

• Coordination and active participation in our operational areas (Supply Chain, Finance, and process optimization)
• Closely working with the management team on operational questions and decisions
• Supporting topics such as liquidity planning, cost control, and reporting
• Active shaping and continuous development of the Supply Chain with responsibility for ongoing operational tasks, such as procurement of raw materials and communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Building and continuously improving processes and structures

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have a desire to get started and quickly take on responsibility and immerse yourself in new topics
• First practical experiences (e.g., internships), in which you took on responsibility and drove things forward independently
• Strong numerical and structural thinking, as well as confident use of Excel
• You work independently, take on responsibility, and bring topics proactively forward
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
