We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/w/d) at our location in Düsseldorf for a growth-oriented, internationally active company in the field of sustainable mobility solutions.

In this position, you will take on a central role in building, steering, and optimizing operational processes and contribute significantly to scaling the business.

Tasks

• Responsibility for operational workflows and daily business
• Leadership, motivation, and professional development of operational teams

Qualification
