As an Operations Manager, you are exactly right with us if you enjoy understanding processes in depth and finding innovative solutions. Work with us in Berlin in the office or flexibly hybrid, full-time. Start immediately or within the next 3 months.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• Together with our 5 Customer Care Teams, you will identify potential improvements in their processes
• You will independently implement automations and changes to operational processes
• Your focus will be on the interplay between team efficiency and high customer satisfaction
• You will enable team leaders to gain deep insights into their teams' performance using our Business Intelligence (Looker)

Qualifications

What you bring:

• You have experience successfully managing large projects
• You are curious and ask questions until you understand processes and challenges in detail
• You communicate structurally with stakeholders and involve them in projects
• You speak German at a very good level and can communicate confidently in English, French is an advantage
