For our stylish four-star hotel, we are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage department. You will be the link between strategy and execution – an energetic team leader who will take our banqueting, Restaurant One24, breakfast, and kitchen to a higher level.

What will you do?

You will lead the daily operation, with a focus on the F&B department
You will work closely with the teams and ensure that service, quality, and guest experience are always at the top level.
You will be the point of contact for colleagues, where you will be a people manager who motivates, coaches, and inspires.
You will bridge the gap between strategy and practice: from personnel planning to guest feedback, and from process optimization to concept development.
You will work with the management team to continuously improve the operation – guest-oriented, efficient, and with flair.
You will prepare budgets and steer towards achieving the set (numeric) targets in terms of costs, expenses, and payroll.

Who are you?

An experienced leader with a strong background in hospitality, preferably in the F&B department within the hotel industry.
A communicative connector with natural leadership.
Organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a clear overview, regardless of the situation.
