The Powershop4U GmbH is a family-owned e-commerce company with a focus on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Otto, and Kaufland.
We work with a small, engaged team and short decision-making paths.
Our warehouse is located in Schwarzach am Main, administrative tasks are carried out partly in the home office.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Operations Manager / Marketplace Manager (m/w/d), who takes over operational responsibility and actively develops our processes.

Aufgaben

Marketplace- & E-Commerce-Management

• Optimization of existing product listings (texts, images, attributes, keywords)
• Care and further development of our marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Otto, Kaufland, etc.)
• Expansion and control of our two own brands

Operations & Kundenservice

• Claims and returns management
• Customer service via marketplace and shop systems
• Creation of shipping labels and operational coordination with the warehouse
• Purchasing and inventory management

Fulfillment & Prozessoptimierung

• Setup and further development of our fulfillment service
• Optimization of shipping and packaging processes
• Customer acquisition and onboarding of new fulfillment customers

Unternehmensziele

• Participation in sales, cost, and profit targets
• Operational support in the warehouse as needed

Qualifikation

• At least 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce
• Ideal experience in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse processes
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Structured, independent working style with high hands-on mentality
• High willingness to learn and problem-solving competence
• Fluent German and English in speech and writing
• Readiness to take responsibility and shape processes actively
